About Andy & Shelly

Shelly Carlson and Andy Slater have lived in Arizona for more than 20 years. They raised two children in Phoenix and both attended Arizona State University. In 2009, they moved to Civano to enjoy a quieter lifestyle. Andy is a retired engineer and oversees all of the mainenance and repairs.  Shelly works from home for a fresh potato grower and shipper and manages all of the sales and marketing.   They love hosting guests from all over the world, and they are passionate about sharing their Civano experience with others. Their goal is to exceed your expectations and make you fall in love with this special part of the world.

Shelly is a skilled decorator who goes above and beyond to ensure her homes and casitas are beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Each property has a unique decor that's designed to make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. When you arrive, you'll find the kitchen stocked with everything you need to start enjoying your stay — there's no need to immediately head out to the grocery store.
