The Courtyard Home, conveniently located near the community pool and tennis court, is a single-story 1,300-square-foot residence. This quiet, relaxing home has a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms and the main room look like a private courtyard through sliding glass doors.
The house is decorated in muted tones and has southwest décor. In addition to the newly installed HVAC system, there is an enclosed gas fireplace in the living room. The courtyard is landscaped with flowering plants and two citrus trees, drawing in butterflies, doves, and hummingbirds. There are deck chairs on the courtyard porch and comfortable seating there and on the front porch. A charcoal-fired grill is in the corner of the courtyard. A hidden office area is set off from the dining room.
There are televisions in both bedrooms and the living room, high-speed wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and electric oven. There is a two-car garage, one bay of which has exercise equipment for guest use. There are also parking bays at the front entry. The 2.5kW rooftop solar array, Water Sense bathroom fixtures, and on-demand water heater make this one of the most sustainable homes in the Civano community.

This casita is located in the Civano One neighborhood, and it's only a short walk to the Civano Coffee House, Civano Nursery, Community Pools, and other local shops and services. The property is completely furnished with a new 43" SMART flat-screen TV, cable TV, and internet. The backyard nestles up to a natural desert pathway that meanders through the Civano Neighborhood. There is a patio dining and seating area available to casita guests.
